With over ten years’ professional experience, I design, install, and care for gardens of lasting quality and character. My work is informed by early training and practice in Vancouver, Canada, followed by formal study with the University of Liverpool and the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS).

I am a qualified horticulturist and landscaper with a deep understanding of plants and their environments, alongside specialist knowledge of coastal and acid gardens and the particular conditions of the Wirral. Great emphasis is placed on soil stewardship, plant health, and the careful, informed management of pests, diseases, and seasonal pressures.

I maintain a select portfolio of private gardens, allotments, and commercial landscapes across the Wirral, offering a discreet, dependable service rooted in experience, precision, and long-term care.

Where possible, I try to recycle, salvage and incorporate pre-existing materials, plants and structures into my work. I always try to include pollinator-friendly and native species and I always aim to use locally sourced materials and plants where possible. I am also a passionate allotment grower and have a plot in West Kirby.

Maintenance

I offer all aspects of regular garden maintenance including lawns, lawncare, border work, hedges and trees, planting, seasonal tidy-ups, pressure washing. As of Jan 2026 prices start from £27.50/hr

Design

I offer a comprehensive and highly professional garden design service, supporting clients through every stage of a commission—from initial consultation and concept development through to construction, planting, and long-term aftercare and maintenance.

My design work spans a range of styles, unified by a strong emphasis on considered planting. Structure, form, colour, and movement are carefully balanced to create gardens of depth and character, with interest sustained throughout the seasons.
